1. 我们收集的信息
1.1 您主动提供的信息
- 昵称：您在创建或加入群组时设置的昵称，用于在群组内显示。
- 群组信息：您创建或加入群组时输入的群组名称、群组密码（可选）。
1.2 自动收集的信息
- 设备标识符：本应用生成一个唯一的设备标识符，用于在 Mesh 网络中识别您的设备。该标识符在应用重启后保持不变，不与您的个人身份信息关联。
- 位置信息：当您加入群组并启用位置共享时，您的地理位置（经纬度、海拔、速度）会在群组成员之间通过本地 Mesh 网络传输，用于在地图上显示成员位置。位置信息仅在本地网络传输，不会上传到服务器。
- 消息内容：您在群组内发送的文本消息、位置分享和 SOS 求救信号，通过本地 Mesh 网络在群组成员间传输。
1.3 不收集的信息
本应用不收集以下信息：
- 您的真实姓名、电话号码、电子邮件地址（除非您主动联系我们）
- 您的通讯录或联系人列表
- 您的照片或媒体文件
- 您的浏览历史或应用使用习惯
- 您的设备指纹或其他可追踪标识
2. 我们如何使用信息
我们收集的信息仅用于以下目的：
- 提供核心功能：在 Mesh 网络中识别您的设备，实现群组成员间的消息收发、位置共享和 SOS 求救功能。
- 显示群组信息：在群组内显示您的昵称和位置，让您和其他成员能够互相识别和协作。
- 改善应用性能：通过分析应用崩溃日志和性能数据（匿名化处理）来优化应用稳定性和用户体验。
3. 信息共享与披露
本应用的核心设计理念是离线优先、点对点通信：
- 群组内共享：您的昵称、位置和消息内容仅在本群组成员之间通过本地 Mesh 网络（蓝牙 BLE / Wi-Fi UDP）传输，不会发送到任何服务器。
- 不向第三方出售：我们绝不会将您的个人信息出售或出租给任何第三方。
- 法律要求：在法律法规要求或政府主管部门依法要求的情况下，我们可能需要披露相关信息。
4. 信息存储与安全
- 本地存储：您的群组信息、昵称、聊天记录和设备标识符存储在您的设备本地（使用加密的本地数据库），不会上传到云端服务器。
- 数据清除：您可以随时通过"离开群组"功能清除群组相关数据；通过卸载本应用可清除所有本地数据。
- 传输安全：群组成员间的通信通过本地网络传输，不在公共互联网上传导，降低了数据被截获的风险。
5. 第三方服务
本应用使用以下第三方服务，这些服务有其独立的隐私政策：
- 地图服务（OpenFreeMap / OpenStreetMap）：用于显示地图和位置。地图瓦片数据从公开服务下载，不涉及个人身份信息。OpenStreetMap 数据受 ODbL 许可协议约束。
- 蓝牙（Bluetooth LE）：用于设备间的 Mesh 网络通信。系统会要求蓝牙权限，仅用于群组成员间数据传输。
- 本地网络（Wi-Fi）：用于设备间的 UDP 通信。系统会要求本地网络权限，仅用于群组成员间数据传输。
- Apple 内购（iOS）：用于处理专业版订阅或买断购买。购买交易由 Apple 处理，我们不存储您的支付信息。
6. 您的权利
您对个人信息享有以下权利：
- 访问权：您可以在应用内查看您的昵称、群组信息和位置共享状态。
- 更正权：您可以随时在应用设置中修改您的昵称。
- 删除权：您可以通过"离开群组"清除群组数据，或通过卸载应用清除所有本地数据。
- 位置共享控制权：您可以随时在系统中关闭位置权限，停止位置共享。关闭后地图功能将受限，但消息功能仍可使用。
- 蓝牙控制权：您可以随时在系统中关闭蓝牙，仅使用 Wi-Fi UDP 通信。
7. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下的儿童。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如果您是家长或监护人，发现您的孩子向我们提供了个人信息，请通过邮件联系我们，我们将及时删除相关信息。
8. 隐私政策变更
我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后的隐私政策将在应用内或本页面发布，并更新顶部的"更新日期"。我们建议您定期查阅本隐私政策以了解任何变更。

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Nickname: The nickname you set when creating or joining a group, used for display within the group.
- Group Information: The group name and group password (optional) you enter when creating or joining a group.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Identifier: This App generates a unique device identifier used to identify your device within the Mesh network. This identifier persists across app restarts and is not linked to your personal identity.
- Location Information: When you join a group and enable location sharing, your geographic location (latitude, longitude, altitude, speed) is transmitted among group members via the local Mesh network to display member positions on the map. Location information is transmitted only over the local network and is NOT uploaded to any server.
- Message Content: Text messages, location shares, and SOS distress signals you send within a group are transmitted among group members via the local Mesh network.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
This App does NOT collect the following information:
- Your real name, phone number, or email address (unless you proactively contact us)
- Your address book or contacts list
- Your photos or media files
- Your browsing history or app usage habits
- Your device fingerprint or other trackable identifiers
2. How We Use Information
The information we collect is used only for the following purposes:
- Providing Core Functionality: Identifying your device within the Mesh network to enable messaging, location sharing, and SOS distress features among group members.
- Displaying Group Information: Showing your nickname and location within the group so that you and other members can identify and collaborate with each other.
- Improving App Performance: Optimizing app stability and user experience by analyzing crash logs and performance data (anonymized).
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
The core design philosophy of this App is offline-first, peer-to-peer communication:
- Within-Group Sharing: Your nickname, location, and message content are transmitted only among group members via the local Mesh network (Bluetooth BLE / Wi-Fi UDP) and are NOT sent to any server.
- No Sale to Third Parties: We will never sell or rent your personal information to any third party.
- Legal Requirements: We may need to disclose relevant information when required by laws, regulations, or competent government authorities.
4. Information Storage and Security
- Local Storage: Your group information, nickname, chat history, and device identifier are stored locally on your device (using an encrypted local database) and are NOT uploaded to any cloud server.
- Data Deletion: You can clear group-related data at any time via the "Leave Group" function; uninstalling this App clears all local data.
- Transmission Security: Communication among group members is transmitted over the local network and does not travel over the public internet, reducing the risk of data interception.
5. Third-Party Services
This App uses the following third-party services, which have their own independent privacy policies:
- Map Service (OpenFreeMap / OpenStreetMap): Used to display maps and locations. Map tile data is downloaded from public services and does not involve personal identity information. OpenStreetMap data is licensed under the ODbL.
- Bluetooth (Bluetooth LE): Used for Mesh network communication between devices. The system will request Bluetooth permission, used solely for data transmission among group members.
- Local Network (Wi-Fi): Used for UDP communication between devices. The system will request local network permission, used solely for data transmission among group members.
- Apple In-App Purchase (iOS): Used to process Pro version subscription or one-time purchases. Purchase transactions are handled by Apple, and we do not store your payment information.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right of Access: You can view your nickname, group information, and location sharing status within the App.
- Right to Rectification: You can modify your nickname at any time in the App settings.
- Right to Deletion: You can clear group data via "Leave Group", or clear all local data by uninstalling the App.
- Location Sharing Control: You can disable location permission in system settings at any time to stop location sharing. When disabled, map functionality will be limited, but messaging will still work.
- Bluetooth Control: You can turn off Bluetooth in system settings at any time to use only Wi-Fi UDP communication.
7. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us by email so that we can promptly delete such information.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted within the App or on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be updated accordingly. We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
